arbitration policy to resolve disputes that may arise between the
Dealership and its applicants for employment and employees in a timely
and cost-effective manner. By applying for employment, I agree to submit
any disputes related to my application for employment, or if hired, any

with the Dealership to a private, impartial arbitrator for a final and
binding decision in accordance with the procedures set forth in the
